This Privacy Policy explains how DigiArte processes personal data when you use our marketplace, PWA, and related services.

1. Data we collect

We collect account data (email, name, country/currency preferences), KYC documents when you become a creator, order and payment metadata, device/geo signals for currency and payment routing, and optional push notification subscriptions.

2. How we use data

We use data to operate checkout, prevent fraud, localize prices and payment methods, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

3. International transfers & residency

Data may be processed in regions where our providers (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, SendGrid, etc.) operate. You may set a preferred data residency hint on your profile; we honor it where technically feasible.

4. Retention

Account and order records are retained while your account is active and as required for tax, dispute, and fraud prevention. You may request export or deletion from Settings → Privacy.

5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may export or delete your personal data from Settings → Privacy (GDPR Art. 15/17).

California residents can opt out of sale of personal information via Privacy controls; DigiArte does not sell personal information.
