Open Orders & Downloads from the menu and press Download on the order. DigiArte creates a private, expiring link just for you, so download it on the device where you want to keep the file.

Download links are signed and expire after a few minutes, and each purchase includes a limited number of downloads (one by default). This protects creators from piracy. If a download failed before it finished, contact support with your order ID and we will reset it.

You can view the watermarked previews, thumbnails and file details on every product page. The original, unwatermarked file is only available after purchase (free files can be viewed and downloaded right away).

CNC router toolpaths and reliefs (STL, DXF, SVG, EPS, AI, CRV3D), laser cutting vectors, plasma and fiber DXF, 3D print STL/OBJ/3MF, embroidery files and CAD models. Each product lists its formats and compatible machines.

Use Report a problem on the order within the protection window. Our team reviews the file, and if it is corrupted or misleading we refund the payment to your wallet.

Cards and international gateways plus local mobile banking such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Binance Pay, depending on your country. The checkout only shows methods available in your region.

Your wallet holds your balance in USD. You can add money once and buy many files instantly, and refunds are credited back to it. Prices are shown in your chosen currency for convenience.

Manual payments (send money and submit the transaction ID) are verified by our payment team, usually within minutes. If it takes longer than a few hours, start a live chat with your transaction ID.

No. Card payments are processed by certified payment gateways, and DigiArte never sees or stores your full card number.

Choose Upgrade to Creator from the menu, complete your storefront profile and identity verification (KYC). After approval you can upload products and accept custom work.

You receive the full price you set. A platform fee (30% by default) is added on top of that price at checkout, and creator subscription plans can reduce it. The exact rate for your account is shown in the upload form and your earnings report.

Original files are stored in a private vault and are never public. Buyers get a one-time expiring link, previews are watermarked automatically, and every upload is virus-scanned before publishing.

Open Earnings & Withdrawals, pick a payout method (mobile banking, bank or international options) and request a withdrawal. Requests are reviewed and paid by the finance team; KYC must be verified.

Post a request with your idea, reference images and budget. Verified creators send offers; when you accept one, you pay into escrow and chat with the creator until the final file is delivered.

Your payment is held in escrow. After the final file is delivered and you download it, you can release it yourself, or it releases automatically 5 minutes after your download. Reporting a problem pauses the escrow until support resolves it.

Report the post from the chat. The escrow is paused, our team reviews the conversation and files, and undelivered payments are refunded to your wallet.

Use a strong unique password and verify your email and phone. Creators can also enable two-factor authentication in Creator Settings. DigiArte staff will never ask for your password or OTP.

Use Forgot password on the login page. A reset link is sent to your verified email address.

Yes. The DigiArte File License lets you produce and sell physical products (cut, carved or printed items) made from files you bought. Reselling, sharing or redistributing the digital file itself is never allowed. The full terms are on the File License page under Legal.

Send a copyright notice through the contact form with the topic Copyright; the Copyright & DMCA page lists what to include. Infringing listings are removed and repeat infringers lose their creator account.
